Yes, I realize that the background is pure Render>Clouds filter, but I think it actually works in this instance. The hand looks a little weird because I had to take it from a different image (the source image cut it off) and make it try and fit in; and also, it's from an older picture than the one I CG'd, from when the artist (Fred Gallagher)'s art skill wasn't quite as good.
